The 8th grade dance was the last dance for 8th graders as middle schoolers!The 8th grade dance was super fun and was attended by almost all 8th graders.All 8th graders where welcome to come and the theme was light up the night! The dance was Friday June 3rd 2022 and was at the yorba linda community center. It was to celebrate promoting 8th graders and it was possible thanks to the teachers and moms who volunteered.To attend the dance you have to be at school all day and in 7th period you were let out of class early and when to a line said your name and if it was on the list you got a light bulb with skittles on it that said light up the night to reveal the them, a lemonade and your invitation card.“The dance was super fun and I loved dancing through the night.”-Sammie Cook.At the dance there were also other fun things to do like play games(baseball, basketball and bowling) on a blow up there was also a super fun photo booth with props.“I love the pictures I took in the photo booth with my friends”-Mackenzie Dalton. And if you got hungry there was a food room with pizza,fruit and chips. There was also a dessert table filled with treats and candy
