Breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very important meals but breakfast seems to be the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it breaks the overnight fast period, and boosts your energy and your alertness. Mrs.Chen states, “My favorite meal of the day is briner because you can never go wrong with breakfast and I think that is the best food that you can have.”

One interesting fact about who came up with the concept of three meals a day was the Englanders who achieved financial prosperity. It is important to eat at least 3 meals a day so that you have energy and the nutrition that your body needs.

Julianna Medina says, “My favorite meal of the day is lunch because you get a mix of breakfast and dinner” Overall, breakfast seems to be people’s favorite meal of the day and the most important meal too. Although, every meal is just as important and adds nutrition and gives energy to the body. Different people have different opinions on their favorite meals of the day whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
